By participating in this Contest, you agree that you have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules (the “Rules”), you meet the Contest eligibility requirements and that you will comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor (defined below) whose decisions shall be final and binding in all matters that relate to this Contest. The Contest is administered by Launchfire Interactive, Inc. (“Launchfire” or “Administrator”) on behalf of The Coca-Cola Company (“Coca-Cola” or “Sponsor”).

Entities referred to in (a)(i) to (a)(iii) are referred to in these Rules as “Contest Parties”.
3. HOW TO REGISTER
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. To register, visit circlek.coca-colacontest.com (the “Contest Website”) during the Contest Period and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the registration process, which will require you to: (i) provide your first name, last name, mobile phone number and email address; (ii) create a password (that can be used along with your email address to log in on the Contest Website); and, (iii) signify that you have read and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of these Rules. Once you have fully completed the registration process with all of the required information, click the 'Continue' button to complete your registration (your “Registration”). To be eligible, your Registration must be fully completed, submitted and received in accordance with these Rules during the Contest Period. There is a limit of one (1) Registration per eligible Contest participant (each an “Entrant”) and per email address. For greater certainty, you only need to register one (1) time in this Contest, and you may only register once for the Contest. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address.
4. HOW TO OBTAIN GAME STARTS
The Contest includes an online grid game (the "Game") that takes place on the Contest Website (see Section 5 below for details). In order to start the Game, you will first need to receive Game starts (each, a "Game Start"). After submitting your Registration in compliance with these Rules (as determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion), you will automatically receive three (3) Game Start through the online Contest Website. You can receive additional Game Starts through the various options set forth below, during the Contest Period, by following the on-screen instructions available on the Contest Website following Registration.
- Eligible Purchase Submission: If you: i) purchase one (1) 473 mL/500 mL Coca-Cola®, Coca-Cola® Zero Sugar, Diet Coke®, Coca-Cola Starlight®, Sprite®, Sprite Zero®, Fresca®, Barq’s® or Fanta®, 591 mL Glaceau Vitaminwater® (any available flavor), 710 mL Powerade®, or or a 591mL, 710mL or 1L Glaceau Smartwater (each, a “Participating Product”), at any Circle K location in Canada where Participating Products are sold, during the Contest Period and obtain the UPC associated with the Participating Product purchased (collectively, an “Eligible Purchase”); ii) visit the Contest Website and log in with your password during the Contest Period; and iii) follow the on-screen instructions to enter the UPC associated with the Participating Product purchased to complete your Eligible Purchase (collectively, an “Eligible Purchase Submission”), you will be eligible to receive ten (10) Game Starts and ten (10) entries to the Grand Prize draw. Limit one (1) Eligible Purchase Submission per Participating Product and unique UPC associated with an Eligible Purchase. For certainty, if you purchase more than one (1) Participating Product in a single Eligible Purchase transaction, the UPC associated with each Participating Product purchased as part of your Eligible Purchase must be entered on the Contest Website as part of individual Eligible Purchase Submissions (one (1) unique UPC entered per Eligible Purchase Submission) in order to receive the corresponding Game Starts and Entries, subject to the limits noted below. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please retain your original Eligible Purchase receipt (as applicable), as it may be required to be presented to the Sponsor as part of the verification procedure outlined below. OR
- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY METHOD: To receive Game Starts and Entries without having to make an Eligible Purchase as set out above, (i) obtain: any one (1) UPC code from the list attached as the Appendix to these Rules (each, a “No Purchase UPC”); (ii) visit the Contest Website and log in with your password during the Contest Period; and (iii) follow the on-screen instructions to enter the No Purchase UPC code obtained (collectively, a “No Purchase Submission”). Limit one (1) No Purchase Submission per No Purchase UPC code obtained per person, and one (1) No Purchase UPC entered per No Purchase Submission. Upon completing an eligible No Purchase Submission, you will be eligible to receive ten (10) Game Starts and ten (10) entries to the Grand Prize draw, subject to the limits noted below.
- Eligible Purchase Submissions and No Purchase Submissions shall be collectively referred to as “Submissions”. There is a limit of two (2) Submissions per person (regardless of the method of submission), and a corresponding limit of twenty (20) Game Starts and twenty (20) Entries per person for submitting eligible Submissions.
There is a total limit of twenty eight (28) Game Starts (and corresponding Game Iterations, defined below) per Entrant, per email address during the Contest Period, regardless of method of entry. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of Game Starts by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant’s Game Starts (and corresponding Entries, as applicable) and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
5. HOW TO PLAY THE GAME
To play the Game, you must first register for the Contest (see Section 3 above for details regarding how to register). Once you have completed your Registration for the Contest, login to the Contest Website, follow the on-screen instructions to use one (1) Game Start to begin an iteration of the Game (each, a “Game Iteration”) and you will be presented with the Game board (the “Board”), which consists of 9 x 5 obscured squares (each, a “Square”).
There are different types of Squares on each Board and the table below describes the types of Squares, their corresponding effect and prevalence on the Board during any given iteration of the Game.
The purpose of the Game is to select Squares (each, a “Selection”) in order to receive Entries into the Prize Draws without causing a Game Over in connection with Defender Squares. As explained below, Entries into the Prize Draw(s) that are collected in a particular Game Iteration will be lost if a Game Over is caused during that Game Iteration.
Every Board in a Game Iteration will contain between one (1) and six (6) Prize Draw Entry Squares (the specific number of Prize Draw Entry Squares per Game Iteration will be randomly allocated by the Sponsor’s system, in its sole discretion). All other types of Squares that are not Prize Draw Entry Squares are randomly allocated by the Sponsor’s system, in its sole discretion, in each Game Iteration. The placement of all Squares on the Board in a Game Iteration will be automatically pre-selected by the Sponsor’s system in its sole and absolute discretion.
|General Square||These have no effect.||Randomly determined per Game Iteration.|
|Defender Square||The first time you make a Selection of this Square type in a Game Iteration, you will be presented with a multiple choice quiz question that you must answer correctly to continue the Game Iteration, failing which the Game Iteration will be over (a “Game Over”). If you answer the multiple choice quiz question correctly, then you will be able to continue playing. However, the third time you make a Selection of this square type in the same Game Iteration will constitute an automatic Game Over. For further clarity, you only have two (2) chances to answer a Defender Square multiple choice quiz question correctly.||Randomly determined per Game Iteration.|
|Entry Multiplier Square||Each time a Selection is made of this Square type in a Game Iteration, you will multiply the Entries you have the chance to receive in that same Game Iteration by two (2) times. For certainty, if you land on this Square type, you will double your potential Entries.
For example, if you uncover one (1) Prize Draw Entry Square followed by one (1) Entry Multiplier Square in a Game Iteration, you will have the chance to receive two (2) Entries into the associated Prize Draw (1 Entry multiplied by 2).
|Randomly determined per Game Iteration.|
|Flashlight Icon Square||Each time a Selection is made of this Square type in a Game Iteration, each Square adjacent to the Selected Flashlight Icon Square (top, bottom, right, left, and diagonal) that has not yet been Selected will be automatically un-obscured to reveal their Square type. Each adjacent Square that is automatically un-obscured will result in the corresponding effect (for example, if an adjacent Square is a Defender Square, you must correctly answer the quiz question or be subject to a Game Over as set out above).||Randomly determined per Game Iteration.|
|Prize Draw Entry Square||Each time you make a Selection of this Square type in a Game Iteration, you will have the chance (as explained below) to receive either one (1) Entry, two (2) Entries or three (3) Entries (each, an “Entry”) into a Prize Draw (defined below). The specific number of Entries that you will have the chance to receive (between one (1) and three (3) Entries) and the specific Prize Draw (defined below) in which such Entries will be allocated in relation to a Selection of this Square type in a Game Iteration will be randomly determined by the Sponsor’s system, in its sole discretion, and indicated on-screen upon making the Selection. For example, you may receive between one (1) and three (3) Entries allocated into the Grand Prize Draw (defined below) upon making a Selection of this Square type in a Game Iteration. Each Entry allocated to the Grand Prize Draw (defined below) shall be referred to as a “Grand Prize Entry”. Each Entry allocated to the Secondary Prize Draw (defined below) shall be referred to as a “Secondary Prize Entry”. A Game Iteration will automatically come to an end (an “End”) once you have landed on all available Prize Draw Entry Squares on the Board (which, as set out above, will be between one (1) and six (6) Prize Draw Entry Squares per Game Iteration) prior to causing a Game Over.||Randomly determined per Game Iteration.|
From the starting position on the Board, you will be invited to move (i.e., un-obscure) one Square at a time in any direction on the Board by making a Selection. If after making a Selection you have not caused a Game Over or an End, then you may follow the on-screen instructions and choose to either: (i) end the current Game Iteration, in which case all of the potential Entries you were eligible to receive during such Game Iteration will be saved; or (ii) make another Selection.
If the Game Iteration automatically comes to an End because you have landed on all available Prize Draw Entry Squares on the Board for such Game Iteration prior to causing a Game Over, your potential Entries collected during such Game Iteration will automatically be saved. However, if after making a Selection you cause a Game Over during the Game Iteration, then the Game will end and any potential Entries you were eligible to receive during such Game Iteration will be lost.
After a Game Iteration has ended (whether through a Game Over or otherwise), you may begin a new Game Iteration until you have run out of Game Starts or the close of the Contest Period, whichever occurs first.
6. LIMITS AND VERIFICATION

Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of the Sponsor within the timeline specified by the Sponsor may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor. The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of this Contest will be the Contest server machine(s). Disposable email addresses cannot be used for the purposes of this Contest. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected Contest-related Information, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to who has submitted any given Registration, the authorized holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. An Entrant may be required to show proof of being the applicable authorized holder of the email address associated with the Registration in question. All Contest-related Information is the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor. For greater certainty, Entries and Game Starts remain the sole and exclusive property of the Sponsor and can be revoked or invalidated by the Sponsor at any time and for any reason (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion), and Entrants will not be granted any type of rights (including without limitation property rights) in or to Entries or Game Starts. 8. WINNER SELECTION AND CONFIRMATION
NO ONE IS A WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL THE SPONSORS OFFICIALLY CONFIRMS HIM/HER AS A WINNER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES.Instant Win Prizes
During the Contest Period, 160,000 random, computer-generated Instant Win Prizes will be time stamped and the potential winner will be the first registered user who makes a Selection on or immediately after a predetermined time, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, during the Contest Period. The odds of winning an Instant Win Prize depend upon the number and timing of Selections on the Contest Website during the Contest Period. The clock of the Administrator’s server(s) shall be the sole determinant of the time for the purposes of this Contest. IN THE EVENT OF AN UNCLAIMED OR FORFEITED INSTANT WIN PRIZE, SUCH INSTANT WIN PRIZE WILL NOT BE AWARDED.
If you are deemed to be a potential Instant Win Prize winner as set out above, then you will instantly be presented with a page on the Contest Website showing the applicable Instant Win Prize for which you are a potential winner and, to be confirmed a winner, you will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid at the time of such notification. After successfully answering the skill-testing question, you will be presented with a link to claim your Instant Win Prize (for certainty, you must select this link and follow all on-screen instructions presented in order to claim your Instant Win Prize). To be eligible to redeem an Instant Win Prize, once claimed you must redeem your Instant Win Prize within seven (7) days from the date that you are presented with the winner confirmation page and receive the link to claim your Instant Win Prize, or by no later than May 2, 2022 (whichever date comes first) at a participating Couche-Tard/Circle K location in Canada. For example, if you are confirmed a winner and receive the link to claim your Instant Win Prize on March 30, 2022, you must redeem your Instant Win Prize at a participating Couche-Tard/Circle K location in Canada by April 6, 2022.
After completion of the Instant Win Prize winner confirmation and verification steps in accordance with these Rules, you may continue your then current Game Iteration in accordance with these Rules (and, for greater certainty, once you claim an Instant Win Prize, a subsequent Game Over will not void it).ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE CONTEST. A POTENTIAL WINNER OF AN INSTANT WIN PRIZE IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE WEBSITE SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL THE POTENTIAL WINNER’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED, THE POTENTIAL WINNER CORRECTLY ANSWERS A SKILL-TESTING QUESTION AND THE POTENTIAL WINNER HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREENSHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS. ANY REDEMPTION THAT OCCURS AFTER THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED FOR ANY REASON IS DEEMED DEFECTIVE AND IS VOID AND WILL NOT BE HONOURED.
On May 2, 2022 (the “Draw Date”) in Ottawa, Ontario at approximately 12:00 p.m. ET, Launchfire will perform separate random draws (each, a “Prize Draw”) as follows (in this order):
• Grand Prize Draw: During the first Prize Draw, one (1) eligible Entrant will be selected as the potential Grand Prize winner from among all eligible Grand Prize Draw Entries (the “Grand Prize Draw”). The odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend on the number of eligible Grand Prize Draw Entries.
• Secondary Prize Draw: During the second Prize Draw, one (1) eligible Entrant will be selected as a potential Secondary Prize winner from among all eligible Secondary Prize Draw Entries (the “Secondary Prize Draw”). The odds of winning a Secondary Prize will depend on the number of eligible Secondary Prize Draw Entries.
Launchfire or its designated representative will make a maximum of three (3) attempts to contact each potential Draw Prize winner via the email address provided at the time of Registration within two (2) days of the Draw Date. If a potential Draw Prize winner cannot be contacted within two (2) days of the Draw Date, then such potential Draw Prize winner will be disqualified (and will forfeit all rights to his/her applicable Draw Prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to randomly select an alternate eligible Entrant from among the remaining applicable Entries (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such new potential Prize winner, with the necessary amendments).
BEFORE BEING DECLARED A CONFIRMED DRAW PRIZE WINNER, each potential Draw Prize winner will be required to: (a) correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid; (b) sign and return within seven (7) days of notification the Sponsor’s declaration and release form, which (among other things): (i) confirms compliance with these Rules; (ii) acknowledges acceptance of the applicable Draw Prize as awarded; (iii) releases Contest Parties, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liability in connection with this Contest, his/her participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the applicable Prize or any portion thereof; and (iv) agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of his/her name, image, any other likeness and/or statements about the Contest without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by the Sponsor worldwide, in perpetuity and in any media.
For all Prizes: If a potential Prize winner: (a) fails to correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question; (b) fails to return the properly executed declaration and release form within the specified time, as applicable; (c) has not complied with these Rules or is found to be ineligible and/or (c) cannot accept the applicable Prize as awarded (for any reason) (all as determined in the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion); then he/she will be disqualified (and will forfeit all rights to the applicable Prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, in the case of a forfeited Draw Prize to randomly select an alternate eligible Entrant from among the remaining applicable Entries (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such new potential Prize winner, with the necessary amendments). By accepting a Prize, each applicable winner hereby: (i) confirms that he/she has read, understood and is in compliance with these Rules; (ii) accepts the applicable Prize as awarded; and (iii) releases the Releasees from any and all liability in connection with this Contest, his/her participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the applicable Prize or any portion thereof, and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Releasees from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities arising out of or relating to the winner’s participation in the Contest and/or his/her acceptance, use or misuse of the Prize. Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph and/or hometown for Contest purposes in any media, worldwide in perpetuity, without further payment or consideration.
Launchfire is collecting personal data about Entrants for the sole purpose of administering this Contest on behalf of the Sponsor.

No more than the stated number of Prizes (at any level of prizing) will be awarded. If due to printing, production, online, internet, computer or other error of any kind, more Prizes are claimed than intended to be awarded according to these Rules, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to award only the number of Prize(s) allocated to the Contest as per these Rules and to conduct a random drawing from amongst all eligible Prize claimants whose claims have not yet been redeemed to award the remaining number of advertised Prizes. Prizes will stop being awarded in the event Sponsor becomes aware of an error respecting the number of prizes. In no event will the Sponsor be liable for more than the stated number of Prizes in these Rules.
